Our Methodology
Why data-driven training
Before writing a single line of your program, we run 40+ measurements. InBody 770 body composition scan. Biosignature 14-site fat mapping. Movement screen. Metabolic rate baseline. These inputs determine your training frequency, caloric targets, supplementation, and periodization structure — not a template applied to someone else's goals.
Progress is tracked bi-weekly on the same InBody 770. Fat mass and lean mass are measured independently, so you can see exactly what changed and in which direction. When the data shows the program isn't moving the right numbers, the program changes at week 4. Not week 12 when it's too late.
Most Toronto gyms assign trainers who prescribe programs based on what worked for other clients. But when trainer compensation is tied to your verified outcome data, the incentive to actually use the measurement changes. Our trainers earn more when your body composition moves in the direction you came in for. That's a different relationship from session-volume coaching.

How data-driven personal training in Toronto actually works
Every program starts with a free consultation, followed by a full diagnostic if you choose to proceed. The InBody 770 measures segmental lean mass and fat mass independently. The biosignature assessment maps 14 skinfold sites to a hormonal fat storage pattern. The movement screen identifies structural imbalances before they become training injuries.
These three inputs shape everything. Which program. What training frequency. What caloric deficit or surplus. Which supplementation. And what the 12-week periodization block should look like. Without the data, a training program is an educated guess. With it, it's engineering.
Most clients train 3 to 4 times per week, 60 minutes per session. Programs are periodized in 4-week blocks with progressive overload built into each phase. Bi-weekly InBody scans show whether fat mass is falling and lean mass is holding. If not, the program adjusts before the next block begins.
