Arzadon Fitness is hands down my favourite gym in downtown Toronto. The space is clean, stocked with top of the line equipment, and built for real results. The trainers are all super supportive always willing to spot you or offer advice, which creates such a motivating atmosphere. I’ve been training with Gaven and Justin in the hybrid program for a year now, and I can’t believe how much change I’ve seen already. They’re incredibly detail-oriented and keeps me accountable, always making sure I’m training with the right form, load, and intensity. If you’re dealing with things like muscle tightness or weak grip strength, he knows exactly how to adjust the movement so it still works for your body and delivers results. I’m getting stronger, leaner, and feeling more confident every week. Before this I did HIIT training, spin classes, pilates, and gym sessions on my own. None of them have given me as good results as the hybrid transformation program. The nutrition plan is fully tailored to my body using detailed body fat measurements and science, so I truly understand my body type and how to train and fuel it effectively. I now know exactly how to balance my carbs, protein, and fats based on what my body actually needs, not just guesswork. It’s taken all the confusion out of nutrition and made it feel strategic, sustainable, and personal. Jay and the whole team have built something special here. 460 Richmond St W, Suite 100 — on the south side of Richmond, between Spadina and Brant. Closest TTC stations are Spadina (510 streetcar, 7-min walk) and St. Andrew (subway, 10-min walk). Two municipal parking lots within a block, and street parking on Richmond after 6pm.

How long does it take to walk from the Fashion District / Queen West to your studio?+

From Queen and Spadina: 4-6 minutes. From King and Spadina: 5-7 minutes. From the heart of the Fashion District around Richmond and Bathurst: 8-10 minutes. The studio is equidistant from most King West condo buildings.

Do you serve clients from CityPlace, Liberty Village, and the Entertainment District?+

Yes. About 70% of our King West clients live or work between CityPlace, Liberty Village, the Entertainment District, and the Fashion District. Most walk or bike. We also see clients from the Distillery District and Yorkville who specifically come for the data-driven approach — it’s the only one of its kind in downtown Toronto.

Do you offer drop-in or month-to-month options for King West professionals?+

We offer hybrid coaching at $377/month (all-inclusive: assessment, programming, in-person sessions, nutrition, check-ins) and per-session personal training from $120. Most King West clients on tight schedules prefer the hybrid model because it includes online sessions for travel weeks.
