Most training programs start with a workout. Arzadon starts with data. Before a single line of programming is written, a full diagnostic builds your baseline: body composition, hormonal fat storage patterns, cardiovascular ceiling, and movement quality. What we find determines everything — training frequency, caloric targets, supplementation, and periodization structure.

Without a baseline, every training decision is a guess. The InBody 770 measures segmental lean mass and fat mass independently. Biosignature maps hormonal fat storage patterns across 14 sites. How long does the Transformation Blueprint assessment take?

90 minutes. The first 10 minutes is a coach consultation to understand your history and goals. Then the InBody 770 scan, biosignature 14-site measurements, and metabolic analysis. The final 20 minutes is a same-day review of all results and delivery of your written program blueprint.

What does the biosignature assessment actually measure?

14 skinfold sites measured with calipers, each correlating to a hormonal indicator. Abdominal sites correlate to cortisol. Thigh sites correlate to estrogen. Tricep sites correlate to testosterone. Combined, they produce a hormonal fat storage profile that tells us where to focus and what to adjust.

Do I need to have fasted before the assessment?

Fasting is not required but recommended for the InBody 770 scan for most accurate hydration readings. No strenuous exercise in the 12 hours before the assessment. Normal food and water intake the day before.

What do I leave with after the assessment?

Your exact body fat percentage, segmental lean mass by limb, visceral fat rating, hormonal fat storage map, metabolic rate estimate, and a written program blueprint with training frequency, caloric targets, and macro split. All delivered the same day.
