Teaching What Works

Jay regularly hosts seminars and workshops for clients and coaches on programming, body composition, and the science behind Arzadon’s methodology. Education is part of the training model — not an afterthought.

Topics include periodization, BioSignature interpretation, VO2 max protocols, and nutrition strategies for body recomposition. When you train with Jay, you understand why every choice is made.

This gym is a diamond in the rough. Jay has managed to create a space that works for everyone. People from all ages, walks of life and levels of fitness go to this gym. There’s a community feel that you can be part of if you choose or, on days you’d rather stick to yourself, you’re given the space to do that too. The trainers here genuinely care about you achieving your goals and have the knowledge the get you there. They offer personal training but I do the hybrid program which affords you the flexibility of deciding when you do your workout with the benefit of a personal trainer developing a structured and custom workout and eating plan for you, monitoring your progress and answering any and all questions. When you’re on the floor, you may be working out alone, but all the trainers there are keeping an eye out and will step in to guide you and correct your form. Everyone at this gym is friendly and respectful, and we have fun! Especially the morning crew! Hot tip: if you get there early enough, you can pick the music ;)

He is directly involved in any complex case: post-surgery, hormonal, or performance-focused.
