Jennifer Arzadon co-founded Arzadon Fitness with Jay in 2017 and has been part of every stage of the studio's growth — from its first client to the 300+ transformations tracked today. As Director of Client Experience, she is responsible for the systems and precision that make the coaching possible: scheduling across 5 coaches and the RMT, client onboarding, internal workflows, and the day-to-day operations at 460 Richmond St W.

Operations Management

Scheduling across 5 coaches and 1 RMT, internal workflows, billing, and the systems that keep the gym running at the standard clients expect.

Team Coordination

Enables the coaching team to stay focused on results by managing everything outside the session — logistics, communication, programme support.

Client Experience

Every person who reaches out — whether to enquire or to check in — is met with the same precision applied to their programme.
