How long does the Performance Blueprint take?

The full assessment runs approximately 2 hours. Wear athletic clothing and be prepared for high-intensity testing.

Do I need to be an advanced lifter?

No. The tests scale to your ability. We assess relative strength and structural balance at every level — the data is valuable whether you squat 135 or 405.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive a verbal debrief on the day and a detailed written summary within 48 hours. From there, you can choose to train independently or upgrade into a custom coaching program.

Can I combine this with VO2 Max testing?

Yes. VO2 Max testing can be added for an additional $99. It provides cardiovascular ceiling data and precise heart rate training zones.
